English.... my life story......

Ok to at the begining of the year we studied "change" in adv eng. We studied like "changing worlds" "changing perspectives" and "changing slef" little did i knwo that this would turn out to be my future for the next year....

Change happens all the time... its unstoppable.. you can resist change, embrace it, hide it, ignore it, emphasise it, envy it, give into it.........

but change to some extent has occured.....

♥ I have met some of the most wonderful people
♥ I have felt emotions I have never felt before
♥ I have seen things Ive never seen before
♥ I have changed my opions of certain issues/ ideas
♥ I have met people i would never thought of meeting
♥ I have come to relise life is not ponies and rainbows
♥ I have become tighter with some very special people
♥ I have difted from some poeple dear to me
♥ I have decicided to no longer give a shit on certain things
♥ I have learnt to live in the now.. or you will regret it later
♥ I have learnt that we live in a truely brutal world


I have embraced change and its joys/ sorrows/ realisations/ expectations/ temptations/ and rammifications

I will never forget those of my past ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
I will never forget those in the present ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
I will never forget those in the future ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Ulzzang/ Luvo/ Camwhoring/ Self takes ~ whatever you want to call it most people do it. Now thanks to Facebook/ msn/ twitter, we all wish to have the best image of ourselves on the net =) but who doesnt?

While poeple aspire to take the best photo of themselves in the best lighting, while wearing their best clothes, doing their hair nicely, putting on make up and contacts. While when the image is getting taken we have our "best" side, and most asians will "open" their eyes wider than normal.

But is this lying? cos are we portraying someone that isnt really us?

Also i find myself on the weekend looking through facebook profiles of people i know/dont know and looking through photos..... and i get utterly depressed. i see all these drop-dead gorgeous girls and their many luvos. and im sitting there like a fat-ass in front of the comp looking a like a piece of shit that has just rolled out of bed. its depressing.

the other day it was so bad i had to change and wear make up AT HOME! becuase if i didnt i might end up jumping off a cliff.

So why do we take self takes? some people just need a dp, while other have nothing better to do, and others want to show off their new haircut.

Another thing is photo shop... people tell us not to compare ourselves to celebrities since everything is airbrushed... but this is happening on fb to people we know. we begin to compare ourselves with poeple we have never even met. What is this? So basically we are comparing ourselves to the unachieveable.

DP- Display picture.... THIS ACUTALLY MEANS IT HAS TO LOOK LIKE YOU! some people take photos from the strangest angle with the strangest photoshop effects... hoenstly.... when i see that picture ITS NOT EVEN YOU! Its ok if you want to look your best.... but you cant look completely unrealistic like an SNSD MEMBER!

Another thing girls, DONT FLASH YOUR BRA/ CLEAVAGE! whats the point? do you want to get raped? just go kingscross at 12am that will happen for sure ^^ your just attracting the wrong attention and when people who dont know you look at your fb they will think "ewww slut". unless you want that, avoid doing that please ^___^

well thats it now im going to go and take some luvos..... JOKES =)

Economics is my life......

I have wasted so many hours studying economics... learing about supply, demand, price floors, and all that jazz~

HOWEVER! one thing that applies to everyday life IS THE BUSINESS CYCLE!
for those of you whom are not familiar with the business cycle it basically shows the different stages the economy can be in. Like an upswing (increasing), peak (highest), downswing (decreasing) you get the idea.....

haha how does this apply? ok me and some "Girlfriends" were talking as we normally do =) and we discovered that girls follow the business cycle.... okokokokok we have all been though that stage where its _____ and _____ sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G! and secretly we want that to happen...... this is our "UPSWING"

Then we cant stop thinking about them.... we call/ text/ fb/ msn the ALL THE TIME! ITS CRAZY thats our "PEAK"

The after a while we become distracted and realise they arent as great as we first imagined this is our " DOWNSWING"

Till finally they do not ever enter our mind and finally you have reached a "RECESSION"

This may also even lead to (but not in all cases) to a "DEPRESSION" when we realise we 'had' fallen for a dickhead and hate him/ ourselves for it.

It will be a while before the business cycle starts again... so get her before she hits a recession ;)
